need to shift our focus to the many great tasting things we can
enjoy while trying to maintain our health. That's why a low

This may sound a bit like spinning things in your brain, and
in a sense that's exactly what you are doing. Don't focus on
what you are missing, instead set your attention on the great
things you can enjoy. When we deny ourselves things we are more
tempted to slip. Positive thoughts are always better for
motivation than negative ones. And those are the thoughts you
